Membership provides reserved access to our concierge pediatric endocrinology practice for the selected membership period. The membership fee is not a prepaid package of visits and does not guarantee or require a specific number of appointments. Some children need frequent follow-up, while others may only need an initial evaluation and occasional guidance. During your membership period, our team remains available for the concierge services described below.
$650 - Quarterly- 3 months of Concierge access
$1,300 - Semiannually- 6 months of Concierge access
$2,600 - Annual- 1 year of Concierge access
* For Type 1 diabetes, please call our office prior to enrolling to review your child’s care needs.
*The membership fee includes the benefits of concierge services and is non-refundable
*Office visits and medical services are billed through insurance and co-pays and deductibles remain the patient’s responsibility.
Medical visits are billed separately to insurance. Membership fees cover enhanced access, availability, communication, coordination, and the concierge practice experience—not a specific number of visits.
